I’m a proud dad to a toddler, with another little boy on the way, so home life is busy but brilliant. My son is called Rudyard, named after *The Jungle Book*, which usually gets people talking! **What’s your perfect weekend?** My ideal weekend is simple: spending quality time with family, getting out for a walk with the dog, and watching some sport, usually rugby or football. Finish that off with a nice meal, ideally tapas or pizza, and I’m happy. **What’s the biggest mistake buyers make?** One of the biggest mistakes buyers make is becoming emotionally attached to a property before properly understanding its condition.
